We meticulously continue the planning process with every creative team on board, averaging about 500+ hours per event. Weeks to months from your event, we begin the final planning stages of producing the event day timeline, solidifying final details, adjusting catering counts, rental orders, forecasting for weather, tweaking timelines and wrapping up any last minute plans that need attention.
