Our journey began after owner Leda planned her own wedding, and realized this was a unique opportunity where she could use her creative talents, and also serve and love others in an intentional way. She thrives in high-paced and design-focused environments, and as a talented painter and artist, producing luxury events has been the perfect combination.

Leda and her team care about their clients and families, and know that their eye for unique detail sets them apart from other event planning firms. They are intentional in the way they view an event, and use their talents to design in ways that stand the test of time and trend, yet push the bounds of your typical wedding. As the Creative Director, Leda creates from the ground up, bringing a hospitable warmth to every space, bringing it to life. At LAE, they work well with others who care deeply for their family and guest experience, as they believe it goes hand in hand.

Because of Leda's refined style, their work is highly published and has been seen both online and print in publications such as Kentucky Bride, The Knot, Magnolia Rouge, Style Me Pretty, Wedding Sparrow, Carats & Cake, and more. With a decade of experience formerly known as Events Held Dear, she has built a reputation amongst clients and industry peers alike as a professional, magnetic personality, and she believes every event should have a spark of that joy, too.

Leda serves on the Greater Cincinnati WIPA Board, where she is passionate about up-leveling the industry alongside her peers. When she's not creating events that inspire, you can find her watching documentaries with her husband, going for a long run, snuggling her two wild and wonderful kids, or drinking a dirty martini with friends.

Event Coordinator

Haleigh grew up in Worthington, Ohio and still resides in (and loves) Columbus! She loves to plan events on any level: from proms to birthdays, showers, galas and anything in between. She adores being around people and you can often find her talking to everyone she meets. She values human relationships in a way that allows her to view events in a special kind of light. Outside of coordinating our client's events, you can find her hanging out with friends exploring different places in her hometown, traveling for work and pleasure, and watching the latest Netflix series.
